Dr. iur. Sian Affolter
In addition to her work as a trainee in our law firm, Ms. Sian Affolter wrote her dissertation at the University of Fribourg on the topic of "Agriculture's interaction with the natural environment - de lege lata and de lege ferenda". The Faculty of Law of the University of Fribourg awarded her the title of Doctor of Laws on 25 October 2021.

The new name is connected with a change in personnel. Our name partner and long-standing colleague Prof. Walter Fellmann left our firm at the end of February. We thank him for the good cooperation and his services to our firm. We wish him all the best for the future.

We are pleased to announce that attorney Reto Rickenbacher has joined our team. Having studied both in Lucerne and in Neuchâtel, Mr Rickenbacher was admitted to the bar in the canton of Lucerne. Before joining Fellmann Tschümperlin Lötscher, he was based in Stans as a clerk in the cantonal court of Nidwalden. Mr Rickenbacher is a specialist in civil law and criminal law.

Attorney and notary Daniela Jost was elected as a member of the Executive Board of the City of Lucerne Business Association (WVL) at the organisation’s AGM of 17 April 2018.
The City of Lucerne Business Association campaigns to raise the profile of Lucerne as a major enterprise centre in Central Switzerland, supporting commercial interests and promoting the region as a competitive business location.
